The Supervisory Board has a new reinforcement

On 27 October 2025, a session of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Mechanical Engineering Industry of the Slovak Republic was held, at which the members addressed, in addition to ordinary economic matters including the management of the association, also personnel changes within the board. One of the main points of the agenda was the entry of a new member into the Supervisory Board, whom we would like to introduce to you in more detail in this article.

"Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Allow me to express my sincere thanks for the trust you have shown me by nominating and subsequently electing me as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Mechanical Engineering Industry of the Slovak Republic.

I value this decision very much and accept it with full responsibility, aware of the importance and the tasks that this position entails. I believe that with my experience and an active approach I will contribute to fulfilling the goals of the association, supporting the development of the engineering sector and advancing the interests of its members.

Through the application of my experience from my previous work in the field of commercial management for foreign subsidiary companies operating within the Slovak Republic and since 2014 for the company M-D-J, spol. s r.o., where my role is the sale and implementation of solutions in the field of industrial automation and robotics for all areas of the industrial sector including the engineering one, I want to support the growth of new innovations within the member companies of the association."

Key pillars of cooperation:

1. Strengthening business opportunities for member companies
   Thanks to my contacts, experience with the development of business networks and the building of strategic partnerships, I can help in identifying new markets, customers and export possibilities for Slovak engineering companies.
2. Support for innovation and technological partnerships
   Through cooperation with the association, I want to contribute to creating partnerships between engineering enterprises and technology companies, as well as research institutions, with the goal of strengthening the transfer of technologies and the introduction of innovations into practice.
3. Creating platforms for networking and the exchange of know-how
   I would be glad to take part in organising professional workshops, discussions or thematic events and exhibitions that bring together entrepreneurs, businesspeople and experts within the sector and support their joint development.
4. Support for young leaders and business talents
   I am ready to take part in the mentoring of young managers and students of technical fields, thereby contributing to building a new generation of business leaders in engineering.

"I believe that my professional experience in the field of trade, team leadership and strategic development can be of benefit to the Association of Mechanical Engineering Industry of the Slovak Republic. My goal is to contribute to the development of a strong and modern engineering sector that will be ready to face current and future challenges and at the same time actively use new opportunities."
