News in the energy sector for March 2025

The Association of Industrial Unions and Transport, in cooperation with experts from the law firm POLÁČEK & PARTNERS, brings you another part of the regular monitoring of energy legislation.

• A draft of a new act on the provision of data for the purpose of targeted energy assistance was submitted to the National Council of the SR. The Ministry of Economy of the SR issued new guidelines on energy subsidies for the gas industry. The RONI published information on reducing the price of TSS tariffs by almost 20 %.
• We draw attention to the planned announcement of a SIEA call from the Slovakia Programme aimed at supporting energy efficiency and the use of renewable sources in enterprises, and to the planned launch of the Green to Enterprises project.
